As user of this website (referred to as “you/your”) you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make (“use/using”) is subject to our terms and conditions below.

1. General1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the bottom
) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
1.2 If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website
2. Order process2.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.2 The ‘confirmation’ stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
2.3 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on receipt of notification that you have paid for your collection. Upon receipt of your payment notification we will instruct the couriers to collect your order for delivery on the next working day after payment receipt unless you notify us of an alternative date via email or telephone prior to us arranging delivery. The only difference is if we have notified you that we do not accept your order for any reason. If we do not accept your order and you have made a payment direct to us we will arrange for a refund of your charges.
2.4 We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please Contact Us.
3. Deliveries
3.1 This website is only for deliveries of items to customers in mainland UK. We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.
3.2 Please note that delivery will be within 1-7days from placement of order but normally within 3 working days of order; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
3.3 Risk of loss and damage of products stays with you once the item has left our premised. If we are unable to deliver for reasons beyond our control more than once you may find that you are either charged for a missed delivery or that your order is cancelled if we are repeatedly unable to arrange collection from your address as specified in your order.
4. Payment
4.1 We take payment from your card/Paypal at the time we receive your order. All items are sold on a prepaid basis unless a contract is in place at which time the payment details of the contract will override the requirement to prepay if so detailed in the contract. If we do not receive payment for an item we will not be able to instruct the delivery company until we have received your payment.
4.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. Prices are displayed including vat on the item page but vat and delivery charges if appropriate will be shown individually on your invoice/ order confirmation.
4.3 Payment can be made online by most major credit cards or PayPal.
4.4 Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on confirmation of delivery.
4.5 All prices include VAT (where applicable) with the vat charge being separately displayed at time of order placement.
5. Returns
5.1 All goods must be inspected by you upon delivery, any claim which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods, or their failure to correspond with specification or damage caused before delivery to you must (WHETHER OR NOT DELIVERY IS REFUSED BY YOU), be notified to the company within 1 working day from the date of delivery or (where the defect or fault or damage was not apparent on reasonable inspection) after discovery of the defect, failure or damage. Such notice must include full details of the goods to which the claim relates, the defect failure or damage and cause (if known). If delivery is not refused and you do not notify the company in accordance with this clause you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and will not be entitled to reject them and will be bound to pay the full price as if the goods were delivered in accordance with the contract and the company will have no liability for such defect, failure or damage. In the case of any valid defects claim the company will be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or at its sole discretion refund to you the price of the goods (or a propitiate part of the price) and in either such case the company will have no further liability to you. Save in respects of warranty or defects claim the prior written consent of the company will be required before any goods may be returned by you. Subject to such consent being given goods being returned must be received by the company in an unused condition with the relevant invoice number before you will be entitled to any refund. Where goods are accepted for return, refunds will be credited to you at invoice value (or if no invoice number is quoted the lowest sales price charged for the goods) subject to deductions of any appropriate charges under these terms and conditions. Goods will not be accepted for return except in respect of a defect or warranty claim.
5.2 Warranty: All our items sold are fully tested prior to sale and come with a 3 month parts only warranty. To avoid doubt the 3 months will start from date of collection/ delivery not of first use.
